I would go to them again.VETERINARY SALES ASSOCIATE – GRAND RAPIDS, MI But.yeah, I can't really argue with the $300 price difference either. There's a part of me that wishes that I had taken my dog to her vet to be spayed (she LOVES the vet and the vet loves her) because I think it would have been a more pleasant experience for HER. Also, pick-up at the end of the day is en masse. If I remember correctly, most post-op complications that may arise, they don't cover. I basically had the option to: a) wait the weekend until they reopened or b) call the emergency vet. I had my dog spayed on a Thursday or Friday (it was the last day they were open for the week) and I really had no idea what to expect with recovery other than what they sent home on a sheet of paper. If your pet has any post-op issues (or you're just a helicopter pet parent like I am), their post-op services are almost nil. They have the intake procedure down really well and it goes smoothly, but if you have a reactive dog, or a cat that gets super stressed out leaving the house, the wait isn't super fun. Everyone drops off their pet at the same time. You drop your pet off first thing in the morning - en masse.I would definitely use them again (because, well, you really can't beat the price), but you also kind of get what you pay for.
